Announcing A Comedy Secret

L.A. has a huge comedy secret, because not enough people know about it. You'd think that the top up and coming acts that appear at this "underground" venue would be all over the arts section of L.A.'s alternative papers and on park benches, the side of a bus and everyone's first choice for comedy entertainment. Well, second choice after The Sauce, but that's another story.

The Secret is called the Comedy Central Stage. It's special for a whole lot of reasons. The biggest reason I love it is that it's FREE! The stars of tomorrow, and some people who are already stars in their own right appear here to showcase new works. It's always experimental, edgy and above all FUNNY! And just like Improv Trick's Free Class, it's FREE.

Maybe you didn't see the word "free" above. If so, you'd have clicked on the Comedy Central link above to make a reservation for the next show. Let me say it again. It's free...to anyone. Yes, you can rub shoulders with Hollywood's industry elite and it doesn't cost a thing.

All you have to do is make reservations. You don't need to give a credit card number, industry credentials or ANYTHING. Just your name and phone number. I'm taking it that you have a phone, and may even be reading this from a phone. So get on it and make a reservation to see something amazing this week.

Can I make a quick recommendation? If it appears there again, see Ineffable. It's a new show in development from 10 West. I saw it last night and I was reminded that The Comedy Central Stage is still the best place to see new works.

Join their mailing list at the link above or call (323) 960-5519 for reservations.
